At DeepSoul, each t-shirt is made just for you — printed on demand with meaning and intention.
That’s why we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:
• The product is unworn and unwashed
• It is returned in its original condition
• You contact us in advance to explain the issue

To request a return, email us at contact@deepsoul.store with:
• Your order number
• A clear explanation of the reason for return
• (Optional) A photo if relevant

⚠ Please note:
• We do not accept returns for wrong size orders, so check our size guide carefully before purchasing.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the on-demand nature of our products.
If you want a different size or design, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in these cases:
• The item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• Your return is approved and received in acceptable condition

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us at contact@deepsoul.store within 7 days of receiving the item
• Attach photos of the issue and your order number
• We’ll either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
• Products that have been worn or washed
• Items purchased on sale
• Personalized or limited-edition items (unless faulty)

🌍 International Returns

If you’re returning from outside the EU, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
If fees are charged to us, we may deduct them from your refund.
