• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

We ship worldwide — and the best part? Shipping is 100% free, no matter where you live.

📦 Estimated Shipping Times
• For France and Europe: delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after production
• For USA and Canada: delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days after production
• For the rest of the world: delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after production
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Shipping may take longer due to local customs, high volume periods, or unexpected delays beyond our control.

• For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s laws.
• These costs are not included in your order and are the customer’s responsibility.
• DeepSoul is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
• A tracking number
• A direct link to track your package in real-time
If you didn’t receive this email within 7 days of ordering, contact us at contact@deepsoul.store and we’ll send you your tracking info manually.

❌ Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for reshipping.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
